Summary of Position:  
We need a hands-on Talent Operations Manager who can dig in and drive our Talent & HR practices. This leader will define and refine the direction and evolution of the talent acquisition, onboarding and retention functions at Fraym. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this role simplifies and streamlines the recruiting and onboarding processes, implementing the solutions to attract and onboard top talent. Through great relationships built with key business partners, this position ensures systemic talent issues are mitigated through sound, early employee life cycle philosophies and best practices. With a focus on talent experience throughout their lifecycle with Fraym is top of mind, this role serves as the cornerstone to ensuring a thriving and scalable Culture and our internal clients meet and exceed their talent-hiring goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Practices: act as an expert and guide talent partners and stakeholders across the discipline in sourcing, recruiting, and/or closing hires by conveying compelling value propositions. Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent
  • Hiring Data and Trends: participate in organizational strategic planning. Analyze relevant, cross-business data and trends to provide insight and set strategies to meet hiring goals. Develop talent metrics to understand and manage the talent pipeline, and to support decisions on sourcing, hiring, and filling positions, as well as policy development
  • Employer Brand: in close collaboration with the Marketing Department, creates, designs and ensures consistent application of desired employer brand and messaging across key recruitments and job sourcing as well as internal communications materials
  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: working with leadership and the VP of Operations to set targets to meet D, E & I goals and develop plans to promote and drive the company-wide initiatives towards diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Policy and Standards Compliance: incorporates requirements (platform, business process or regulatory) into policy, process, or system changes and optimizations; you drive implementation across all staffing organizations and ensure that standard procedures are being followed throughout the company
  • Professional Development: design and implement an ongoing initiative towards learning and development for all targeting compliance, awareness, and skill-building. Be a thought partner to each manager in anticipating and implementing learning programs towards achieving their business needs
  • Performance and Engagement: ensure that organization-wide talent management and feedback processes are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness, with a growth perspective in mind
  • HR & Benefits: partnering with our PEO and internal stakeholders, maintain compliant HR documentation and appropriate dissemination of information. Oversee the annual benefits renewal and enrollment process and provide thought leadership as to the improvements required as we grow for attraction and retention of talents
  • Key Sourcing: identify and manage external partnerships by connecting with professional organizations, local organizations and recruitment partners to ensure qualified talent pipelines
  • Preboarding: strategize, drive and improve our new hire preboarding processes and technology as well as troubleshoot roadblocks in partnership with relevant stakeholders
  • Onboarding: source, build, facilitate and enhance the content that leaves a lasting impression for our (e.g.) “Discovering Fraym” departmental onboarding program 
 
Requirements: 
  • 5+ years of Talent Management and/or Human Resources leadership experience
  • Proven success in talent experience management and scaling an organization’s Culture 
  • Firm understanding and implementation of talent metrics to drive decision-making 
  • Experience working with diverse teams and striving for fairness in hiring all races, genders, ages, backgrounds
  • Experience providing a consultative approach with internal partners and stakeholders
  • Strong executive presence, combined with excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills
  • Continuous learner, an experienced change leader, a high achiever and “strategic doer” who is comfortable working with all levels in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Possess organizational savvy to build relationships across the company, understand the business environment, and deliver results on your own through your influential power
  • Demonstrable project management skills including the ability to manage several initiatives at once, prioritize, work under tight deadlines and pressure and deliver for multiple executives
